👋 Introduction

Hello! Welcome to the Hippo Recaller. This platform will automate your target/recall processes to make proactive, preventative care easy and efficient.

If you’ve reached this page, it means you’re about to, or already have, received an invite to the Hippo Recaller Platform. This page is designed to show you how to create an account.

1️⃣ Check Your Email

You’ll receive an email from <welcome@hippolabs.co.uk> inviting you to the Hippo Recaller. The subject line will read: Welcome to Hippo Labs Recaller

Click the link in the email to set up your password.

2️⃣ Set Your Password

You’ll be taken to a page where you can create your password.

Passwords must include:

• At least 8 characters
• At least 3 of the following:
• Lower case letters (a-z)
• Upper case letters (A-Z)
• Numbers (0-9)
• Special characters (e.g. !, @, #)

We’d recommend using a password manager to create and store a randomised set of characters.

Enter the same password in both fields, then click Reset Password.

3️⃣ Return to the Login Page

Once your password is set, click Back to Hippo Recaller

4️⃣ Log In

Enter the email address you were invited on and the new password you just created, then click Continue.

5️⃣ Set Up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

For added security, you’ll be asked to scan a QR code using an Authenticator App (like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy) on your mobile phone.

Once scanned, the app will show a 6-digit code. Enter that code in the box and click Continue.

If this is a hassle, this step can be skipped - if you reach out to us we can always reset your MFA later if required!

6️⃣ Save Your Recovery Code

A backup code will be shown in case you lose access to your Authenticator App.

• Copy or safely record this code - you may want to email it to yourself or save it in a file on your computer somewhere
• Tick the “I have safely recorded this code” box
• Click Continue

7️⃣ You’re In! 🎉

You’ll now be logged into your Hippo Recaller account.

The first screen you’ll see is your practice’s Recall List where you can view and manage patient recalls.

Now you just have to make sure to bookmark https://app.hippolabs.co.uk/ and work with your team to get all your patients recalled!
