ℹ️ Important to note

  • NHS App recalls are only sent to patients who have notifications enabled.

  • If notifications are off, Hippo will automatically fall back to another method (e.g. SMS or email).

  • If no alternative method is available, the patient will be skipped for that recall cycle.
