Yes, Hippo can recall patients under 18 if they meet the criteria for an indicator that’s active in your campaign.
There’s no hard age limit in the system. If a child or young person is eligible based on their clinical record and the rules of the recall indicator, they’ll be included automatically.
👶 Examples of under-18 recalls:
Childhood immunisations (e.g. 8-week vaccinations, pre-school boosters)
Long-term condition reviews (e.g. diabetes, asthma)
Flu vaccinations (for children in a clinical risk group)
⚙️ How does Hippo know to include them?
When you set up a campaign, you select the indicators you want to recall for (e.g. SMR002, CHI006, AST007). If any of those apply to under-18s based on the clinical rules, Hippo will include those patients, no extra filtering needed.
