We base them on:
The care a patient is due (e.g. QOF indicators, local priorities)
What your team members are set up to do (based on your practice's competency setup)
But at the end of the day, you know your practice and your patients better than we do. If something doesn’t feel right, you’re encouraged to use your professional judgment.
