šŸ” How Can I Check If a Patient Has Booked An Appointment in Hippo?

How to see if a patient has booked an appointment in Hippo, step by step.

Updated over 2 months ago

If you want to see whether a patient has booked an appointment following a recall campaign, follow these steps:

1ļøāƒ£ Go to the Recall List page

This is where you’ll find all patients needing care, including those with booked appointments.

2ļøāƒ£ Filter by the targets you want to check

Use the filters to narrow down to specific care targets or groups of patients.

3ļøāƒ£ Change the patient filter

In the top right, set the filter to ā€œAll patients with outstanding actionsā€ to see everyone relevant.

4ļøāƒ£ Sort by booked appointments

Click on ā€˜Next appointment date’ to bring patients with a booked appointment to the top of the list.

5ļøāƒ£ Click on ā€˜See patient’

This opens up the patient’s detailed view.

6ļøāƒ£ Check ā€˜Upcoming appointments’

Here you’ll see if a future appointment has been booked.

ā“ How do I check what campaign this patient was recalled for?

If you want to confirm which recall campaign invited the patient, scroll down to ā€˜Automated recall attempts’ and click ā€˜View message’.

ā“ What if there are no automated recall attempts?

If you don’t see any automated recall attempts listed, it means the patient booked directly with the practice (outside of a Hippo campaign).
