This list shows patients whose contact information may be missing or incorrect, based on outcomes recorded during manual recalls.
It helps you ensure patient contact information is accurate, so important care invitations reach the right people.
🔁 How does a patient end up on this list?
When someone on your team conducts a manual phone recall and either:
There’s no contact number/email available
or
The number/email seems wrong or outdated
…they should select the call outcome:
Contact details missing or incorrect
❗️ Make sure to fill out the 'Description' box to be able to submit
That patient will then appear in the Incorrect Contact Details list on the Worklists page.
🔍 Where to find it
1️⃣ Go to the Worklists page from the top menu in Hippo Recaller.
2️⃣ Click on the “Incorrect Contact Details” card.
3️⃣ You’ll see a list of patients surfaced through this manual recall outcome.
✅ What to do next
We recommend reviewing the contact details for each patient in EMIS.
If there’s no contact info, try reaching out another way and update EMIS if new details are provided.
If details are present but flagged as incorrect, confirm or update them with the patient directly.
Once resolved in EMIS, return to Hippo and:
Click ✔️ Complete to clear the action
Or click ⛌ Cancel if no changes are needed
