This ensures secure, compliant access for sensitive functionality.

📌 If You’re on Public Internet
If you need access to restricted features while working remotely or outside the HSCN, please contact our support team.
We maintain access lists using (among other things) public IPv4 CIDRs and can help you determine the best access solution for your needs.
🏥 If You’re in Practice but Still Can’t Access Restricted Features
If you’re already in practice with HSCN access but still can’t use these features, your ISP may not be routing Hippo traffic through HSCN correctly.
Our team can work with you and your IT provider to resolve this.
